We will always be glad we knew Bill. We mett him through Una 35 years ago, There was much we loved and admired in hin. We remember his knowlege and interest in so many areas from art to politics to literature to cooking. His readiness to discuss anything with courtesy and humour, tho' he was not easily swayed in an argument! He was equally happy to reminisce and even gossip. His love of a good party with the odd bottle of wine to help it along. His vibrant smile and enjoyment of life. His natty style that he made his own His dignity,courtesy and kindness even in the blackest times. His palpable love for his family David and I will miss him but he will always be a part of our memory
